Shipping Information

1. Order Fulfillment Model (Print-on-Demand) All products sold by Lepilloledicmela are made to order (Print-on-Demand) in collaboration with our logistics partner Gelato. This means that the product is printed and packaged only after the order has been placed.

2. Fulfillment Times (Production) The time required for printing and preparing your order (Fulfillment) is on average 3-7 business days from the order confirmation. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), this time may be extended.

3. Shipping Times (Transit) Once the order has been fulfilled, the estimated shipping times are:

• Italy: 3-5 business days.
• Europe: 5-10 business days.
• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs vary based on the weight, volume of products, and destination. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the shipment.

6. Incorrect Addresses The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
